If you're wondering where rates are right now you should know that they are very low!! I just locked in a conventional 30-yr. fixed at 5.5%. That's a big difference from the same loan I did last July at 6.625%.

I just wanted to chime in that now has come an incredible opportunity for our buyers out there to make a good decision. With mortgage rates at incredible lows and the amount of choice out there I haven't seen a better time in years to make such a wise decision as to actually get off the fence now and buy a place to live.
